We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept any clients under the age of 18. Additionally, our main focus during your appointment is you! We ask that you do not bring children or any guests with you to your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Prepaid services, packages, promotions, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by Alberta consumer protection laws.
