Any change to a scheduled appointment must be made 24 hours in advance. Call or text us at (780) 327-3588. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment may be subject to $25 fee and all no-show appointments will be subject to a $50 fee.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept any clients under the age of 18. Additionally, our main focus during your appointment is you! We ask that you do not bring children or any guests with you to your appointment.

All new clients will be required to fill out an intake form prior to their first appointment. clinical services such as microneedling, laser, and chemical peels will require a consultation prior to your first appointment. the consultation serves to ensure that you are a good candidate for the treatment. During this time we will also go over the treatment process, pre and post care, and answer any questions you may have.

We want to make sure that you get the most out of your appointment! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be late, please give us a call or text to let us know and we will do our best to accomodate. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule you.
